J. Peterson was great.....getting to her was extremely frustrating and difficult, as explained in a previous comment section.

Julienne is amazing! She was concerned about my issue. She even called me the next day when I was getting worse. I appreciated the time and care that she gave me.

I saw Julianne on March 3rd, 2026 for my annual physical. During the visit, I discussed my family history of high cholesterol and she reviewed prior lab work that had already been completed by another physician. This is standard for a preventive annual exam. However, I was later billed $425 for what was coded as an in-office diagnostic visit. According to my insurance company, the visit was submitted as diagnostic due to being “diagnosed” with high cholesterol and low white blood cells—both of which were already known based on prior labs and family history. My insurance fully covers annual physicals, so this billing was unexpected and frustrating. I would have expected clearer communication if any part of the visit was going to be considered diagnostic and billed as such. This experience has impacted my trust in this provider, and I would encourage others to clarify how their visit will be coded in advance to avoid similar surprises.

Moved here from San Diego where I had a great doctor. Same day refills for necessary medications. I went to this doctor expecting the same. Unfortunately, I’ve had to call in 5 times (way in advance of their “72 hour rule”) for 2 prescriptions. They only called one in during that time 5 days later…and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. One still not called in. I work 55 hours a week, I don’t have time to keep calling. Would not recommend.

Ms Peterson is the best! She is meticulous in her analysis of symptoms and vital signs, and thorough in her diagnosis. I am fortunate to have linked up with her at the launch of what will surely prove to be her distinguished medical practice.

Julianne is amazing! Not only is she extremely competent, she is also kind, caring and compassionate. She helped us so much. If there were more than five stars available to check off, I would!
